10. Coaching Terms and Conditions

• Duration and Format: Each coaching session is 45 minutes long and conducted 1-on-1 via an agreed platform. The session will begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of participant lateness.
• Results Disclaimer: While we provide expert guidance, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the coaching sessions. Success depends on the participant's own effort and application of the advice given.
• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. By booking a session, you agree to this no-refund policy.
• Rescheduling and Missed Sessions: Rescheduling is only permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice and subject to availability. Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed and non-refundable.
• Special Arrangements for Intensive Coaching: Any extended or customized coaching agreements must be negotiated separately and documented in writing. These agreements are binding upon mutual consent.
• Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the coaching content. Likewise, you agree not to share, record, or reproduce any materials or session content without prior written consent.

• Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate a session or coaching relationship if the participant violates terms, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or fails to comply with agreed-upon standards.
• Intellectual Property: All materials, strategies, and content provided during the coaching remain the intellectual property of the coaching provider and cannot be reused, distributed, or sold without consent.

11. Ebooks and Digital Products Terms and Conditions:
